With the 3-mile long Telluride Valley Floor open space and San Miguel River below, the wildlife watching is intense, and year-round activities including hiking, biking, Nordic skiing and fly fishing are steps away. The beautiful home sits on a hillside with beautiful mountain, valley and river views, and trees surrounding three sides.

The home was built by one of Telluride's most respected luxury builders, so the quality of materials and building practices are above and beyond! The entry-level has ample room for coats, shoes, and boots. There is room in the garage for one vehicle to keep the windshield scraping to a minimum and plenty of ski/board storage. There is on-street parking as well.

Up one flight of stairs is the main level with an open concept kitchen, living and dining area, complete with high-end appliances and furnishings, as well as a telescope to enjoy the stars and Milky Way on a clear night. The top floor has two more bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with stunning views, a large balcony, a queen bed, a queen sofa bed, and a workspace. There is also another full bath with a shower on the floor.

Located just 2 miles from the center of Telluride, the location is out of the hustle and bustle of the town, but also easily accessible by car, public transportation, and a bike and walking path that runs to Telluride on the east and the Valley Floor, Lawson Hill and hiking along the river to the west.
